Ali Lyons
VP, Business Ethics North America
Ali brings more than 16 years of combined experience in both commercial and business ethics in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Since being named to her current role in 2022, Ali is a strategic advisor and partner to the North American Leadership Team, promoting a culture of ethics and business accountability.
Ali joined Ipsen in June 2020 as Senior Director, US Business Ethics and most recently led the business ethics team responsible for the EU5, LATAM, and Global Products and Portfolio Strategy. Prior to joining Ipsen, Ali held various positions of increasing responsibility in Ethics and Compliance at companies such as Amryt Pharma, PLC, Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, INC, and Eli Lilly & Company.
Ali’s deep knowledge of ethics and compliance and broad commercial experience helps her to set her business partners up for success. She holds a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Florida State University.
